Distribution is a policy chain
Commercial permission from a tool is only the first gate. A distributor and each DSP can apply separate rules on synthetic media, impersonation, spam, metadata and ownership. Read current agreements.
Do not promise a fixed per-stream payout. Geography, subscription type, platform pool, splits, fees, taxes and fraud adjustments all matter.

A release is not a business until listeners choose to return. Build a content arc around origin, lyric idea, arrangement, release and follow-up.

Separate audience metrics from money and gross estimates from net receipts. Investigate suspicious spikes; artificial streaming can trigger withheld royalties.
Monthly review
